Larissa is a dynamic professional with a strong passion for the fashion industry. Together with her team, she drives insightful analyses and provides cutting-edge perspectives on the future of fashion. She further supports Achim in his advisory work and acts as a thought partner.
Larissa holds a Bachelor's degree in International Fashion Business and a Master's degree in Business Administration. She gained in-depth knowledge of the industry through her work experience in the fashion sector and most recently spent 2.5 years at McKinsey & Company as a Research Analyst in the Apparel, Fashion & Luxury practice. Her international experience through academic and professional stays in China, USA and Scandinavia gives her a global mindset.
Susann Arnold
Susann ensures that everything flows: from managing Achim’s calendar to running the office and overseeing our back-office functions.
Susann has already been Achim’s Executive Assistant at McKinsey & Company for 6 years. Besides managing his calendar, she played a central role in supporting the global Apparel, Fashion & Luxury practice and its team. She brings 15 years of experience as an Executive Assistant and Office Manager to the job.
